Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the process take?
The B1/B2 visa application typically takes 2–3 business days to complete. After the DS-160 form is completed, the embassy appointment will be scheduled based on availability. Final decisions are made during the embassy interview.
For the U.S. Work Visa, the process also takes about 2–3 business days, though the timeline may be affected by how quickly job offer documents are submitted.
Student visa applications (F-1) vary depending on how quickly the applicant provides required documents.
Is an appointment needed to apply for a visa?
No in-person appointment is required to begin. The process is fully online. Step-by-step instructions are provided before any payment is made.
What documents are needed to get started?
For all visa types, applicants must provide basic personal details, passport information, and travel/employment/study background. After payment, the required visa application forms (e.g., DS-160) will be filled out with the information provided.
What if there is no job offer for a U.S. work visa?
A job offer is generally required. If you do not have one, this must be mentioned when submitting your application. Alternative visa options may be discussed based on your situation.
How is the process started?
The process begins with completing a consultation form, which collects the necessary information to prepare your visa application. Once all questions are answered and your details are reviewed, the application will be processed. After that, you’ll receive instructions for payment and embassy appointment scheduling.
What happens if the visa application is denied?
If denied, the embassy does not provide detailed reasons. However, applicants may choose to reapply.
Can the same payment link be used for both service and visa fees?
Yes. A single payment link can be used to pay both the service fee and the U.S. embassy visa fee for faster scheduling.
What is the Pay-as-You-Go payment plan?
Currently, payment plans are only available for the U.S. work visa. You can split the service fee into installments to begin the process.
Who can apply for a U.S. Student Visa (F-1)?
Anyone accepted by a U.S. school or university for full-time studies may apply.
What documents are required for the Student Visa?
You’ll need a valid passport, an I-20 form from your school, proof of financial support, and a recent photo.
What is the total cost for the visa process?
B1/B2 Visitor Visa: $45 USD service fee + $185 USD U.S. embassy fee
Student Visa (F-1): $65 USD service fee + $185 USD embassy fee
Work Visa (H-2B): $75 USD service fee + $205 USD embassy fee
(Embassy fees are paid directly to the U.S. government)
How is payment made?
A secure Payoneer link will be sent. You may pay just the service fee, or both the service and visa application fees together.
Can I pay the embassy fee at a local bank?
Yes, although processing through the bank may take an extra 2–3 business days. Online payment is recommended for faster scheduling.
How soon can the appointment be scheduled?
Once both the DS-160 form and payment are complete, you can immediately access appointment availability. Paying online speeds up this process.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not available once the application process has begun. Visa decisions are made solely by the U.S. embassy, and no outcome can be guaranteed. By proceeding with payment, you accept this policy. For clarification, please email usvisahubnet@gmail.com.
