The B1/B2 visa application typically takes 2–3 business days to complete. After the DS-160 form is completed, the embassy appointment will be scheduled based on availability. Final decisions are made during the embassy interview.

For the U.S. Work Visa, the process also takes about 2–3 business days, though the timeline may be affected by how quickly job offer documents are submitted.
Student visa applications (F-1) vary depending on how quickly the applicant provides required documents.

No in-person appointment is required to begin. The process is fully online. Step-by-step instructions are provided before any payment is made.

To begin your U.S. visa application, you must complete the DS-160 form. You can access the form directly on our website by clicking the provided link or visiting the DS-160 application page. Once all required information is submitted and reviewed, we will proceed with processing your application. You will then receive guidance on payment and embassy appointment scheduling. 

Our services have expanded beyond U.S. visas. We now also assist with U.S. passport application preparation, ESTA (Visa Waiver Program Countries) and Canadian eTA application preparation, helping ensure all required information is completed accurately and clearly before submission. 

A job offer is generally required. If you do not have one, this must be mentioned when submitting your application. Alternative visa options may be discussed based on your situation.

Your digital passport photo must meet U.S. visa requirements: it should be a 2x2 inch color photo, in JPG or PNG format, and no larger than 10 MB. You have two options for submitting it:

1.  Upload directly on the DS-160 form on our website. The photo upload section is at the bottom of the application form, after you complete all the questions.

2.  Have the photographer send the digital photo either to your email or directly to us, and we will ensure it’s correctly uploaded. This also applies to all other services offered at USVisaHub.

Important: Photos taken from printed copies or scanned from paper will not meet embassy requirements and may result in rejection.

This consultation is for completing the DS-160 application form on our website. You can click the link to access and complete the form whenever you are ready. Once you submit your information, we will complete your DS-160 and send you a screenshot as proof that it has been prepared. A Payoneer payment link will also be provided, and once payment is confirmed, we will proceed to schedule your appointment at the U.S. Embassy. 

If denied, the embassy does not provide detailed reasons. However, applicants may choose to reapply.

Yes. A single payment link can be used to pay both the service fee and the U.S. embassy visa fee for faster scheduling. These guidelines also apply to both U.S. passport and Canadian eTA applications. 

Currently, payment plans are only available for the U.S. work visa. You can split the service fee into installments to begin the process.

No. We do not submit applications or handle government fees. We help you complete your form accurately so you can submit it directly to the U.S. Department of State. 

We determine the correct form—DS-11, DS-82, or DS-5504—based on your situation (first-time applicant, renewal, name change, etc.) during your consultation. 

Most applicants receive approval within minutes, but it can take up to 72 hours. It’s recommended to apply at least 72 hours before your flight to avoid delays. 

Once you begin your ESTA application, we will send you a secure Google Form with all the required questions. You fill out the form with your information, and then we assist in submitting your application to the U.S. authorities.

Note: You will also need to provide a digital passport photo. The photo can be sent by your photographer either to your email, which you forward to us, or directly to us.

Required documents depend on the form you are using (DS-11, DS-82, or DS-5504). Generally, you will need proof of U.S. citizenship, a government-issued photo ID, a passport photo, and applicable fees. Our service helps you identify what you need to submit. 

According to the U.S. Department of State, routine passport processing typically takes about 4–6 weeks, and expedited processing (for an added fee) typically takes 2–3 weeks once the passport agency receives your application. These timelines do not include mailing time, so it’s best to apply well in advance of your travel plans. 

No. We provide assistance in completing your application accurately, but all submissions must be made directly on the Government of Canada website. 

Most eTAs are approved within minutes via email, but some applications may take several days if additional review is needed. You should apply well in advance of your travel date. 

Our service fee is $10 USD. The official Canadian eTA government fee is $7 CAD, paid directly when you submit your application online. 

No. Visa-exempt travelers flying to Canada must have an approved eTA before boarding their flight. Airlines may deny boarding if you do not have one. 

Anyone accepted by a U.S. school or university for full-time studies may apply. 

You’ll need a valid passport, an I-20 form from your school, proof of financial support, and a recent photo.

Once both the DS-160 form and payment are complete, you can immediately access appointment availability. Paying online speeds up this process. 

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not available once the application process has begun. This applies to all services we provide, including:

• U.S. Visa Applications – completing DS-160 and related forms
